2in1 Manual Whisk Tong

The 2in1 Manual Whisk Tong is a kitchen tool that works two ways. Closed, it acts as a manual whisk for eggs, flour, butter and sauce. Opened, the head spreads into serrated jaws that clamp and lift food, so the same tool you stir with can also turn or serve. A lock switch holds it shut when you only want to whisk.

It is built from food-grade ABS that is odorless and rated heat-safe up to 100°C, with a TPR handle that stays non-slip in a wet hand. The jaws use five serrations that grip without crushing, and they open to about 12cm. A hook on the end of the handle lets you hang it on a rail instead of losing it in a drawer.

Because the body is plastic rated to 100°C, this is a tool for mixing, lifting and serving, not for stirring inside a hot pan on the heat. Chargecraft's whisk tong measures 30 x 6.5 x 6.5cm, weighs 46 grams, and comes in yellow, red or blue.
